Thank you for your interest in becoming a cat/kitten foster carer. Kitten foster carer applications are currently closed and are unlikely to reopen until 2020.
We are currently accepting applications for foster carers of adult cats who maybe requiring some time away from the shelter prior to being ready for adoption. Fostering a cat is a rewarding experience!
To become a cat foster carer for RSPCA ACT follow these steps:
- Download and read the Cat/Kitten foster care manual to find out more about what is involved and determine if foster care is really for you (please note that an adult cat foster manual is currently being developed).
- Still interested? Great! Next we need you to register as a volunteer so that we can further explore fostering opportunities.
