Animal Care Assistants - Summer Casuals
Are you looking for a job for the summer? RSPCA ACT is looking for energetic & motivated persons to join our team of animal care assistants in a casual capacity for the busy summer period. We are looking for people with basic customer service experience, basic knowledge of animal care and handling and a genuine interest in animals and their welfare. You will be required to be flexible as you may be called upon to work in the cattery, kennels, and with other domestic animals, or in the retail shop at any time. If you enjoy variety and working with many types of animals then this may be the position for you.
This is a base level position. Salary and conditions of employment are in line with the Animal Care and Veterinary Services Award 2010 Intro – Level 1.
