RSPCA ACT President
Jeffrey is senior information technology project manager in the private sector. Prior to this, he was a full-time Army officer for over twenty years and continues to serve in the Army Reserve. He is a NSW State Council member of St John Ambulance, as well as being an active member of the NSW SES.
A graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy, the Royal Military College – Duntroon, and the Australian Command and Staff College, Jeff holds a number of qualifications relevant to the role. These include Master of Business Administration (Technology Management), Master of Art in Strategy and Management and a number of graduate diplomas in management and information technology management. His professional memberships include Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and he is a Certified Practicing Project Manager and Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Jeff has been a life member of RSPCA NSW since 2004, and a member of RSPCA ACT since 2012. He joined the Board of RSPCA ACT in 2014, and was involved in the rewriting of the Constitution and By-Laws, and contributed to the development of the RSPCA ACT Governance Manual. He has been a life-long pet owner and animal lover, and his current cat Leo was adopted from RSPCA ACT.
