RSPCA ACT Inc will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 29th November 2016 from 6.00pm at the Eastlake Football Club, 3 Oxley St, Griffith ACT 2603.
Proposed business to be transacted at the meeting will include:
- Confirming the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting; and
- Receiving and considering the Annual Report for 2015/16.
In accordance with the RSPCA ACT Constitution as of 28 July 2015, an election of six Elected Directors is only required every two years, and therefore a request for nominations is not needed this year.
