We have a diet specifically for your pet’s needs whether they require something special for their age, maybe they need a food to help them lose a little bit of weight, or do they have a skin or stomach condition? Come in and chat to our Pet Nutrition Experts who will discuss your pet’s dietary requirements and find the perfect diet.

If you are not satisfied with Science Diet™ or Prescription Diet™ pet food products for any reason, simply return the unused portion to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement. Do you have an inquisitive pet? Or a pet that prefers to snuggle? Maybe a pet that gets into everything and hates to be left alone? We have a wide range of toys and treats to keep your pet entertained and enriched whether it is for in between naps or whilst you are a work for the day.

Did you know that some of our dogs in the shelter are not given food bowls and they work for their dinner eating out of a Kong? Or that some of our cats hate to use plastic bowls and instead prefer to drink out of ceramic? Does your pet have some strange eating habits or gulp their food? We will have the perfect feeding vessel for your pet, come in and we would love to fit the right product for you.

How many pets love their accessories!? Our range has a style for every pet. Collars with bling, buckles, rings, bright colours and most of all security and all colours have a lead that matches and maybe a customised ID tag that is printed in store as a finishing touch. Maybe you are after something more practical

Does your dog like to take you for a walk? We are the online suppliers in Canberra that stock 2Hound Freedom No-Pull Harnesses, These harnesses are designed to give you more control when walking your dog by attaching your lead to two rings located on the front and back of the harness. Bring your dog in-store for a demonstration and fitting. We love these so much that many of our dogs in the shelter a walked on these every day and allow a variety of people to take them on their walk.

All animals need regular grooming, even those with short coats! Regular grooming not only promotes healthy skin and coat, it will make your pet feel great. But don’t forget if your pet isn’t used to regular brushing, to start gently and use a soft brush. Our range caters to all coat types and our team will assist you to find the perfect brush and give you some tips on how to make grooming (including nail clipping!) a positive experience for you and your pet. Whilst you are here, don’t forget to pick up some shampoo and conditioner to make your pet smell clean and fresh.
