Dogs and Puppies
To view animals available for adoption please click the "See the animals" button below. Make sure you have read and understood the adoption requirements of the animal you are interested in.
Once you have viewed the available animals, please fill in the application form that can be found below. Please email your completed application and any additional information including photographs necessary to PAC@rspca-act.org.au
If our staff assess your application as being suitable for an animal in our care, we will contact you by telephone. Due to staffing and time constraints it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.
Important notes for Dogs and Puppies
If you have a resident dog in your home, please ensure they attend the adoption appointment with you so a dog-to-dog meet and greet can be facilitated.
All members of your residing household (including children) must meet the dog prior to adoption. Please include in your application photographs or a short video of your backyard to provide staff information about the security and fencing of your backyard.
If you live in a rental property, written permission from your landlord must be provided to staff.
